Fixtures and Fittings, Furnishing Your Spanish Home Whether you are buying a re-sale Spanish property or a brand new off plan Spanish property, get your estate agent or lawyer to confirm what fixtures and fittings are included in the contract price. It is always advisable to get a written and signed inventory before you part with your money. If you make assumptions about what fixtures, fittings and furnishings are included, you may find out too late that your assumptions were incorrect. Most new developments come without furniture etc. However, the developers will often give you the option to purchase a furniture package so that your new property is ready to move into.
